I really felt that this book was very well presented and the two people involved are amazing and have really changed the way I look at life and have helped me massively with anxiety over my health etc. the speakmans talk about things in simple language and really get you to question yourself as to why you get upset or worked up over small things and try to take a completely different perspective on life and not get bothered by issues that really are outside of your control or not an issue at all but actually made up by yourself. Unfortunately I have a chronic health condition and from time to time get anxious and this book really has given me a different perspective on life and I highly recommend it

I loved this book. Great advice, I will be listening to this again and again or buy the paper copy to write down notes on paper. I will definitely be writing down my worries and thoughts as I’m a massive worrier due to school bullies and low self esteem all my life (I’m now 24). I’ve always been on a mission to improve my anxiety and confidence, even more so during lockdown where I’ve had the time to sit and do a lot of thinking about my health. This book has given me lots of tips and advice. So thank you Nick and Eva. Keep up the good work you always do to help others!
