Steamy
Kira Stryke a human in a world conquered by a race of men called the Vakarrans, had one goal in mind protect her sisters.
So when captured her goal changed obey, gain there trust and escape. The tables turn though and Kira finds she has fallen in love with the four men she now calls master, and they with her.
This steamy reverse harem romance with Heather Firth narrating will have you wishing you were theirs. Fanning myself, is it hot in here.

Out of this World! A Great Story & Audible Listen🎧
Sara Fields creates an imaginative universe, with equally imaginative characters. The earth has been invaded and taken over by aliens from outer space called the Vakarrans. They are all males & they enslave women to mate & breed with. Kira Stryke is the leader of a group of humans who have evaded capture, she is a warrior and a protected. She has been on the Vakarrans radar for quite some time, after several teams failed attempts, Commander Zaavyr and his team, Jax, Coltan & Aedan, capture her. They plan to break her spirit and keep her as their own. I enjoyed this fast paced story, the storylines and world dynamics are interesting containing angst, drama and twists that keep you on your toes. There are also some smoking hot RH BDSM scenes too. Sara Fields thank you for this enjoyable and entertaining story.
I listened to the Audible edition narrated by the talented Heather Firth. She is a wonderful voice performer and storyteller. She brings the characters to life from the pages to your ears. Thank you for another great & entertaining listen!!

Sparkle is intriguing...
I’ve read this type of book/genre before. I was not afraid to listen. I was disappointed. The character development is lacking. I had a hard time buying into this story; so many unrealistic human thinking patterns. I really didn’t want to continue...however, this sparkle (literally in the story) suddenly appeared and I’m intrigued. Enough to continue into book 2.

Dark BDSM
The blurb describes itself as a dark sci-fi and it definitely lives up to that with a lot of BDSM sprinkled about. It puts dark BDSM fantasies into a story for you. Kira is a great character: strong, beautiful, intelligent and bad-ass. I loved her character but wasn't crazy about the mind games the guys did. Even with all the sex and BDSM the story still gave you a plot. I would love to see more main characters like Kira.

Not the Typical Alien Romance
This is soooo not your typical alien romance. It is a super steamy reverse harem with a hint of BDSM. There are potential triggers for some listeners since it is a darker romance. I would have liked for it to not be so super easy for Kyra to be captured. I loved the differences Zaavyr, Jax, Colton, and Aedan's personalities; each one seems to bring something different to the table. It is interesting to see as the men become attached the Kyra and Kyra to the men. If you want something a little bit different, this is a great option!
Another great performance by Heather Firth! I love the diversity in romance sub genres she has narrated and am impressed with her ability to provide an excellent performance, especially in a story like this one. A different narrator could have easily made this sound like a typical cheesy sci-fi romance; but Heather brings out all the sensual elements of the story and makes this a worthy listen!

Good Listen
Kira is a strong woman who is keeping her group of women hidden from the Vakarran's whi has taken over Earth and breeds their women. She is finally captured and enslaved to men that women are their submissives. Kira must learn to adjust to her new life or be punished. Good Narration.

Wow
No one could ever accuse Sara of not bringing the heat. This is powerfully good and my only complaint is that the story did not go forever like I wanted it to. This was fantastic and hot and oh so entertaining

Sci fi romance!
When I was asked to listen to a sci fi romance, I was hesitant. Will it be cheesy aliens and spaceships? Not sure I was ready for that, I dug into my first book by Sara Fields and fell in love. Not only does she capture the essence of sci fi in this reverse harem, but she writes the eroticism with class and true feeling. The Vakarran have taken over earth, and are taking human women as their breeders. Kyra is a human female, taking care of her sisters, and is a true fighter. She is a warrior the Vakarran want to stop, but she has alluded their capture. When she is tricked though, seizing her is not only a surprise, but she has the necessity to escape. The four men have another plan for her. Zaavyr, Jax, Coltan, & Aedan are going to break her down and make her theirs. She will submit! Each man with his own traits, slowly breaks her down. But what isn't expected is the depth of their feelings for her. When danger does comes to her, will these men save her? Will they let her go? The story is full of passion, steam, and an underlying plot to keep the Vakarran on top. It's told in 5 points of view and will keep you entranced the entire time.
Heather Firth is amazing at storytelling. This book with it's 5 points of view, 4 of them being male was easy to listen to, we knew who was speaking and flowed effortlessly. I really enjoyed her narration of the story and can't wait for the next in the series.

Sexy Sci-fi
When you read/listen to a Sara Fields book you know what you are in for: Sexy scenes, lots of alphas and an HEA. In between the stories have a bit of variation on the Omega theme. This one had 4 brothers vying for the love and demanding the obedience of one Omega - Kira. She is the leader of the small band of humans that are in hiding. Unfortunately for her she is caught by the four brothers that are set on making her theirs. She struggles with their imprisionment until a bigger threat comes their way.
The narration by Heather Firth is always good but I really would love to hear a male narrarator for some of the sexier parts and to make better distinctions between all of the male characters.
Overall the story is fine but it did feel a little light in plot and a bit rushed. The sexy bits did make for and enjoyable listen though.

wowza
I was not expecting to be as triggered as I was with this book. That's not to say I didn't like it because I did but to get me on the womans side she has to be getting really mistreated. Normally I'm always thinking oh you liked it stop trying to run from him😂. It's definitely a new response for me to think she has a valid reason to want to get away even if she enjoys a good portion of it. The narration was good. she definitely changed her voice for the Male parts but in my opinion if you have 2 POV's it really should have a male and a female. That's just my personal preference but it obviously didn't keep me from enjoying the book
