Excellent Book

This book is everything that I need to apply in my daily life. My goal is to listen to it over and over. This is because each chapter is packed with useful information that can renew or transform your mind, your attitude, improve your decision marking process, and indeed providing a fresh perspective in terms of how to deal with daily stress. I recommend this book to everyone. It’s worth reading or listening to this book over and over.

I like this book a lot!

I like this book a lot! I think it's easy to understand and to the point! I love that it has journal prompts and small tasks to help shift your mentality. The book also has short stories for us as readers to understand from a real-life perspective.

Mmnnee... Could have been shorter.

I didn't enjoyed the book. It makes you make a test to know how good or bad is your confidence and after the 40 questions doesn't go through them again, I felt it was a waste of time for me. The 4 stars is because at the end gives a list of tips that can help with the boost of confidence.
