Summary

Relationships are complex. Love, ever-changing. And when it comes to rules of the heart, they were made to be broken....

That's what Robert Antonio Bianchi was telling himself, anyway. Otherwise, he really had no excuse for what - or who - he'd done. No excuse, except for his lonely heart, a pitcher of margaritas, four bitter bitches, and the apparent need to confess all his weaknesses to the two men he knew would bring him nothing but trouble.

But trouble was nothing new. Just ask his crazy sisters or any of his friends, and they'd be the first to tell you: If there was a bad decision to be made, Robbie always had a knack for making it. And thus, begins the story of the priest, the princess, and the prick.

A Great Start

Once again, Ella Frank has delivered a fantastic story and a GREAT start to a companion series for the Tempation series. Enter, Robbie Bianchi, Joel Priestly and Julian Thornton, the most Unlikely trio you would ever think of being possible. I am not gonna spoil a thing, just tell you something that has stuck with me since the very first Tempation novel....You can never know unless you TRY. Thank you Mrs.Frank for another excellent story. I look forward to Julian and Priest.

Love the Princesse, the Prick, and the Priest

When I read this book, I quickly fell in love with the princesse, the prick, and the priest. As the release of Book 2 – Julien’s story – approached, the audio was released and I snapped it up.

I’ll start with what I loved about the audio – the narrator. Charlie David always provides an enjoyable listening experience by performing solidly and reliably. Being fluent in French and having endured some audios with truly horrific attempts at the language, I was concerned.

I needn’t have been.

His French is clear, correct and, most importantly – comprehensible. My only wish is that when Julien was speaking English, Charlie would give him a French accent. Given the character grew up in France, I would have hoped for it, all the while knowing it would have been an almost impossible feat.

Confession: cucumbers should only ever be eaten.

Julien and Joel are very different men. Joel Priestly is referred to as ‘the priest’ while Julien is ‘the prick’. The first is self-evident while I was more confused about the second. I found Julien more playful, but sexy as fuck while he does his yoga. Hello, hot tight ass anyone?

When Robbie’s life is thrown into a crisis, however, the prick is the one who steps up and puts his own demons aside to support and protect their princesse. Then the priest supports Julien and he reaches his breaking point. As Robbie can see, Julien and Joel’s marriage is very strong and he worries about just being an add-on. That being said, when the men offer Robbie the opportunity to become closer to them – to bond to them – he leaps at the chance.

I loved the book. I loved the audio. I loved Julien’s book. I am waiting with baited breath for Julien’s audio and Joel’s book.

Intriguing

I really did love this story and can’t wait to hear what’s next! I think maybe I’m just in a slump where I have listened to too many books lately though. It just wasn’t one of those books that was so amazing I hated it to end. I just felt this one needed a little bit more of a kick to it. Regardless, I am still anxious to see what happens as their story continues.

I love this book!!!!!

Ella Frank is one of my favorite authors. My favorite m/m couple is Logan and Tate and when she continued Robbie story from their series, I was so happy. This book has changed my mind about m/m/m books, which I usually don't like. Can't wait for the next book....

Awesome start to a new series

5 stars is not enough. What an amazing start to a new series. I can’t wait to delve deeper into Joel and Julian. I like Charlie David but, I didn't like him in this book. He didn't have a distinct enough voice for them. I pictured Julian with a slight French accent even when he was speaking English. I can't wait for the next book in the series. I loved when Robbie put Logan in his place & knocked him down off of his high horse. Sorry Logan I love you but you need to let Robbie live his life.

OMG New series!

I enjoyed the written version, but I find that I ADORE the Audible versions of Ella Franks series. There is just something...else...extra...listening to the dialogue that makes these(and ALL her) characters come to life. I feel like I know them, want to be their friend. Crazy I know, but that's just the way it is. Get it. Listen and decide for yourself~!

Love it!

I knew this book was going to be awesome but Charlie David nailed all three characters. I read the ebook but I'm such a fan of audio books I couldn't wait to listen to this one to. I've listened to Charlie's rendition of Ella Frank's Weddlocked series and knew he would nail this on too. I have to say I'm a huge fan!!!! Way to go Ella and Charlie!!!!

Charlie David's voice is like sin!!!

This was amazing..I loved the book and the audible was fantastic. Charlie David's narration was absolute perfection. OMG his Priest voice was crazy hot and when Priest spoke French in his deep voice, my panties melted!! His Julien voice and French was so sexy and his Robbie was just as I had imagined and had me laughing out loud. Merci Beaucoup!!!
