Awesome

This is a great book. I loved listening to it. It really teaches you to focus better and to eliminate all distractions when you're trying to get work done. The science behind the brain's ability to do so, was intriguing.

Dumb

There is no secret techniques, it's all common sense knowledge. Returning it now. What a waste.

Wow!

Tyler Bordan took the concept of concentration and being able to focus to the next level. He addressed some issues that would have never popped up in my mind, had I simply done an internet search. Moreover, it was enjoyable to listen to a well-crafted book by a professional narrator. Highly recommended.

Very useful and practical content. Narration could be much improved

The content of this book, particularly the focusing exercises, are very practical and useful. The narration is clear but unfortunately very slow and colorless, lacking entirely in the ability to captivate the listener. Overall a good book with techniques that can be put to good use immediately - it just requires a more dynamic and interesting audio format.

I love books like this

This one stood out to me, and I got it. When I listened to it, I knew it was a good match. Tyler Bordan goes over the most important parts of our brain that get triggered when we really, deeply focus. It's a very useful book.
