I recommend this book.

I wasn't expecting a magic solution when I bought this book, but we were a bit desperate with our toddler at night. But just applying the initial basic rules described in the book helped us improve our nights with him! So I recommend this book

The book is very informative.

The delivery was great! The book is very informative and easy to listen to as well as understand. I also appreciated that she takes away any guilt from not doing it the way everyone else says and do what you feel comfortable with for your child! I have already implemented some of the things in the book with my own 3-year-old. I would recommend to anyone who has a restless or hard to fall asleep toddler/preschooler!

kid and baby sleep books.

This was a refreshing read, compiling what is known about sleep, and presenting realistic options. If I had listened to this one first when I had my first child twelve years ago, I would have known to steer clear of the "my way or the highway" kid and baby sleep books.

This book is absolutely helpful

This book is absolutely helped my son, my husband and I FINALLY get a full night's sleep. It is well explained, an easy listen, and best of all it actually helped my family. My 14-month-old who had not slept through the night without waking at least once since he was born is now sleeping through the night and sleeping in later in the morning. This after only two weeks of using the easy yet effective techniques in the book. I could not be happier!

Great listen.

I didn't even listen to the whole book! Got halfway through and my two years old went from waking up 3-4 times a night to waking once a night! Some nights I even hear him wake and put himself back to sleep without calling for me!

I love this book

Yes it does work and it is a very easy listen, but as I said, if you are looking for a quick fix, I think you will be hard-pressed to find that anywhere. If you are serious about making a change, the author gives many options and alternatives to make this a successful change.

It's very easy to listen

It's very easy to forget how crucial sleep is to kids and how much they really need. And the amount of information out there can be overwhelming and hard to organize. This book makes it clear, concise, easy to follow, and individualize. Overall, I would highly recommend this book to anyone who is having sleep troubles or sees them coming and is looking to head them off.

Best book ever!

This book was a lifesaver when my kid was an infant. Her explaining style has welcomed snark in those desperate times in the middle of the night when you’re up to with the little one. There is even a Facebook group that can help you troubleshoot schedules or issues with a lot of great admins as well as help from the author! This is my go-to for baby shower presents!

Very helpful book.

Still listening to it but so far it's been very helpful. My son had lots of trouble falling asleep on his own and as I've been reading I've been applying the advice and he's been falling asleep on his own perfectly!

I loved this book.

I loved this book. The author explaining it in a way that’s funny and relatable while at the same time basing her advice from research. My toddler asks to go to bed!

I'm so glad so bought the book! It goes into much more detail and specifics than the website. love how she continues to empower parents to make choices that are best for their family. She doesn't make you feel bad or shameful. I would recommend this book to every parent who is struggling with sleep issues concerning kids!

Great book, a must-read for new parents

his book is the answer for these parents. In addition to the great well thought out layout of the book, there is lots of good information that is easy to follow. Informative and helpful
