Good advice.

A true goldmine of communication information! Each chapter concisely addresses aspects of verbal and nonverbal communication in a way that is easy to understand and has real-world application suggestions. While listening you start to recognize your own mistakes and mishaps in communication and are provided with relevant alternative responses.
