What you see is what you get

I was a fan of the DVD and just needed something for a long drive.

I liked Sean on Cats does Countdown so thought I'd give this a go. Really pleased I did, have me laughing out loud while driving in some parts.

Good quality, does go quiet occasionally when he gesturing to crowd but nothing you can't work out what's going on

Bloody funny!

Really really funny standup, the only problem being its a bit short, Lock is a seriously funny man. His material on Mince and Squash had me in stitches.

Laconic style hides a frantic pace

What I love about Sean Lock is that he sounds as though he's chatting away like your neighbour - when actually the gags are flying thick and fast. He never, ever sounds forced, you haven't heard any of the jokes before but he always adds some new observation - on growing up, on wearing glasses, on the sort of laugh you hear when someone thinks they could have written better. It sounds so easy when he does it - I'd recommend this for anyone wanting to hear a master at work. The slightly cheesy beginning led me to lop a star off this one.
