Summary

Round the Horne is the best-selling audio of all time. With its memorable catch phrases, brilliant scripts, and Kenneth Horne as its deft anchorman, Round the Horne easily assumed its mantle as one of the most consistently funny radio series from the 60s. The genial, much loved Kenneth Horne, died in 1969, and with his death ended the 66 show run of Round the Horne.

To mark the 30th anniversary of his death, this audio, narrated by Barry Took and with input from other cast members (Betty Marsden, Bill Pertwee, and Hugh Paddick), marks the phenomenon of Round the Horne.
