If there had been no cover-up of Robert Kennedy's complicity in the murder of Marilyn Monroe in 1962 and he had been prosecuted based on compelling evidence at the time, the assassination of JFK by Bobby's enemies would not have happened - changing the course of history and preventing the murder of media icon Dorothy Kilgallen.

In a breakthrough book that is sure to be relevant for years to come, best-selling author (The Reporter Who Knew Too Much) and distinguished historian Mark Shaw investigates the connection between the mysterious deaths of motion picture screen siren Marilyn Monroe, President John F. Kennedy, and What's My Line? TV star and crack investigative reporter Dorothy Kilgallen. A former noted criminal defense attorney and network legal analyst, Shaw provides an illuminating perspective as to how Robert Kennedy's abuse of power during the early 1960s resulted in the murders of Marilyn, JFK, and Dorothy.

You just wanted to keep listening to the book. Very interesting. Found the other books and will listen to them too.

IMO he got the murderers of Marilyn wrong but what do I know! Not mafia.

But overall a good book.

I absolutely loved this book. I’m British and had not heard of Dorothy before so her part in this book was really interesting to me. I very much enjoyed the authors take on both Marilyn’s and JFK’s story. The book was absorbing. However, it did seem to drag in parts and I felt could have been a couple of hours shorter, Overall though a fantastic listen!

Enjoyed this book …. But could be shorter

Very interesting information tying together the lives of John and Robert Kennedy, Marilyn Monroe, and Dorothy Kilgallen. Aside from her likely murder, Kilgallen had an amazing life and influence in the world, and I can’t believeI had never heard of her before. The author does a great job of providing detailed biographies of the four along with significant evidence to support his theories. My only real complaint is that there is a lot of redundancy throughout the book, but the complexities of the relationships and the theories almost make that OK because this allows you to re-examine certain pieces of evidence over and over again. Still I feel the book could have been more succinctly edited.

Can’t believe I’d never heard of Kilgallen
