One of the Best Audio Book

The method of sitting with your thoughts and letting them take their course so you can think about them rationally has what's helped me the most, realizing that just because I am thinking these thoughts doesn't necessarily mean they're true. Setting goals and going into CBT with a positive attitude can be difficult when you suffer from an anxiety disorder, but this book gives me the confidence to believe in it and the methods of CBT.

Bettet Audio Book

It builds a foundation in modern biochemistry and cognition and relates them to all religions and ancient philosophies. I highly recommend this Audio book to anyone who fantasizes about seeing a therapist, but doesn't have the money.

Excellent

The idea that you need to change your thoughts and behavior rather than your feelings is the key concept. That point is consistently repeated throughout the text to help guide the reader to change.

Best Audio Book

The Audio book contains a lot of information about intrusive thoughts, which myself and millions of other people deal with on a daily basis. The author makes it very clear that we shouldn't avoid situations that tend to trigger our intrusive thoughts because doing so will only serve to create even more anxiety surrounding the situation and make it worse.
