Disappointing

Seemed very superficial to me with little practical advice of tools to achieve results. Eg 'be more positive, decide to be less negative' ok great-how?

Good Therapy.

Very interesting content. A good, introductory text to Cognitive Behavior Therapy. It provides a good, clear, constructive overview of CBT. Although the book uses an overview of treating the depressed patient, the book is simple enough to allow adaptation to other diagnoses.

Psychologically distressed.

The book is really good. Sometimes we are psychologically distressed. This book will be your perfect guide to overcome the situation. From this book, you can know the mental pattern which have a negative impact on you. You can identify the signs if you are mentally distressed. You can manage yourself psychologically. The negative mentality .

The negative mentality is bad for our health and any situation. To resolve this problem we should take steps and this book is quite good for that. By cognitive behavioral therapy, this book will help us to recover the problem of negative thinking and also reduced depression.

Explain thought .

Amazing, useful, helpful. I cannot explain enough how this book helped. My advice is to get a notebook to answer the questions, take notes, and write down thoughts. That helped me realize new perspectives on what's going on and what I can do. I suffer from medical anxiety horribly. It’s an easy, straightforward listen and also comes with helpful worksheets for listeners to use along the way.

Cognitive-behavioral therapy .

Cognitive-behavioral therapy is a very exciting topic in the field of psychology. This is an excellent introductory book on the social science of cognitive-behavioral therapy. This book provides the fundamentals and also gives excellent real-world examples on how to deal with certain types of mental situations. If for some reason you were sent to a therapist for this type of therapy then you will be very happy by listening to this book and applying some of the methods here. I’ve listen recommended this great book to a few friends.

Thought Patterns .

This book is a great manual for therapists who use CBT. The book teaches therapists how to strengthen and/or repair the therapeutic alliance, how to identify, evaluate and modify automatic thoughts, intermediate beliefs and core beliefs. Absolutely have loved having the Kindle edition

Analyze Therapy.

This is an incomprehensible introduction to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. All most everyone can profit by CBT sooner or later in their life. It's certainly not difficult to analyze and unfaltering in getting yourself and everyone around you.

Great book.

I'm a big believer in using this method as a way to gain clarity and help you emotionally detach from what's going on in your mind. It has helped me on many occasions to put things back into perspective when I "feel" like I'm losing control of what's going on in my life.
