This book is more about what CBT is.

it's informative but isn't actually CBT. it is an in sight to what CBT is and how it is used....so it is quite brief.

Highly recommend!

After being in a rehabilitation program that focuses on CBT, this book is a great refresher to help after you leave. I had a more severe case of anxiety and depression which required a more inpatient program. After I left, I struggled to keep up with the daily activities that I needed to do. This book was great to help me keep on track. I highly recommend if you can't go to into a program but want to learn the same information.
