No actual help in this book. It's like 18 chapters of defining what CBT is in different arenas.
No actual cognitive thinking steps. No actual therapy. If you came here looking for help with bad thinking or intrusive thoughts and what to do about them you're not going to find it.
I will definitely be refunding this book. it'll be the second book I have returned in about 8 years
