outstanding book!

I really enjoyed the book. I've learned a lot of details about CB Therapy and how to apply it to myself. As a person suffering from anxiety over the years, I must say that this book is really the one I needed. After listening to this audiobook I followed the techniques and advice Jude has given, and I'm glad I'm seeing a minor effectivity. Cyrus' narration is also good! I didn't have a hard time getting along with what he's saying and it's a huge help though. I highly recommend this book as well as the narrator. GREAT JOB!

I really like this book

This audible is very straightforward and perfectly planned out. I am thrilled that I got this book because it really encourages me a lot in dealing with myself and my passions in life that I am currently facing. I really recommend this book.

Fantastic

This manual for CBT is clear and easy to implement. It all makes sense and I feel positive about it working. I have tried the techniques on myself and they feel powerful. The next step is to try it out with a subject.

Great deal

I really had a bad temper usually due to my traumatic experience when I was just 9 years old. I also read a lot of books on how to control my anger as I don't want to go to a therapist. This is the first book that truly helped me even just a little. Even when I paid more than its price, I'll totally do. I am so grateful to Jude for writing this book. I'll be using this book again and refer it back whenever I can't handle my bad temper again.

worth it

It's useful even for those who don't suffer from any of the described symptoms or need medical help. It brings insight and can help to understand how our brains "deceive" us with emotions, thoughts, and assumptions, which are not necessarily the actual reality.

Great learning experience

As a therapist, this was a great view of several CBT models. He gave several useful online supplements as well as another technical tools. Also, he discussed a wide variety of ways to incorporate the research into my practice and life.
