I was sad when it was done

The best book I have ever had from the start I was locked in. It was very insightful and eye opening. It's just a most read. I am all the better for having listened and will be starting all over again. A joy.

Brilliant

It never feels like someone is reading out a book, each chapter is called a lecture and you are actually listening to an excellent lecturer. The clips of real patients in session bring all the theory to life. Loved it and want to learn more about CBT!

Very good reading

"At first I thought that it was to technical to me, but it was pretty good during the lecture.
The narrative is simple, full of researchs and tips. Really enjoyed."

It has really good information

Very educational book! It has really good information on anxiety, depression and even eating disorders. The book also discusses the different misconceptions of cognitive behavioral therapy along with the different types of techniques that would be used. With this book, a lot of people suffering from these disorders would be benefited.

Overall, a really useful book!

Cognitive behavioral therapy can help you not only interrupt this pattern, but also replace it with a better, more empowering alternative. Easy to listen and follow.

I’m a therapist, and bought this as a refresher for the CBT modality. I appreciate that it listens kind of like a self help book, which makes it easier to translate for my clients. Easy to listen and follow.
