Definitely a great first step.

This book helped me realize how seeing things in a positive rather than a negative way can really make an impact in your life. As the book mentions, this is not going to resolve all of your issues but it is definitely a great first step.

What and why of certain techniques.

This would be useful to b someone considering therapy for the first time. It doesn't have enough depth to substitute for therapy, which is a good things, but does give insight into the what and why of certain techniques.

Healing and comforting this audiobook

I live this audiobook! So far, I'm on week 3 and it's helped me so much. The author talks in an easy to understand manner. There are activities that you have to do, and you have to narrate your thoughts/fears on the worksheets which make you aware of how the audiobook is working! It has gotten me more motivated! I highly recommend this audiobook and I have told many friends with anxiety about it!
