This is a book is extremely decent.

This is a book is extremely decent. a ton of marvelous plans! The main drawback of this book is that it can get quite costly when looking for the fixings! I needed plans that didn't require a lot of ingredients...expensive fixings

It’s a well-written book,

It’s a well-written book, but I take issue with some of the recommendations. This plan is what I use for my clients. Although the word "diet" is in the title, it is the way everyone should eat for life in order to be healthy and well for life!

I have listen so many diet books over the years.

I have listen so many diet books over the years. I love how each day of the plan starts with an inspirational quote and message to supercharge your day. I am a grandmother and hypothyroidism and I can tell you this combination of intermittent fasting and clean eating is working for me. I have no cravings or hunger pains.

By far the best plan I’ve followed.

By far the best plan I’ve followed. Was lucky enough to be part of an early release and lost 7 lbs in 7 days. More importantly, my cravings are reduced, my head is clear and I have more energy than I have in years. Intermittent fasting meets clean eating equals results!
