Summary

This story wonderfully combines a murder trial and apparitions - or more plainly, ghosts. It describes a moment in the life of a bored bank official who has an alarming experience. A great story, smoothly presented by the pen of Dickens. (American accent narration.)

Not great

I'm a great fan of Dickens but for some reason, even though it's a short story, I just could not stay focused on it. Probably because of the American narration. Not for me.
