The kind of book you can listen to over and over again and always learn something new. A book that you can dip into, pause, reread, start in the middle or go backwards. A gem of insight and inspiration.

Excellent book. Really relatable, helped me understand some difficulties I’m going through. Audio was a little slow but easier rectified as just sped it up.

I have not finished it but there appears to be no presentation or mention of evidence for the authers claims, which does not mean they are incorrect but does meam they should be treated with caution. There is also now indication that a phsyioligical or neurological investigation or understand has been attempted.

The narrators delivery attempts to be calming and clear but it comes across to me as artifically slow with somewhat random pause during sentences
