So love this series.

We have Bayla and Tarik. Ahhh so listening how Bayla tries very hard to adjust to Zandian ways. Getting herself in trouble, and liking/crush on her master Tarik. Loved the humour and chemistry.

I love the Zandian stories and was really looking forward to listening to this one, unfortunately I couldn't stand the actor's voice when doing the female character and it put me off finishing the book. Sorry Renee would have liked to give this 5 stars across the board but just couldn't justify them

I love the Zandians! In this story, the Zandians are off to rescue a human child, Enya, from the Ocretions. Her nanny Bayla is also rescued & she tries to adapt to Zandian life. Her crush on her master, Tarik, is so cute! Bayla puts herself in funny & dangerous situations to get close to Tarik. Both Tarik & Bayla feel unworthy of love & it is a wonderful journey to witness. Jiraiya Addams does a fantastic job of keeping the voices straight, and I enjoy his narration very much.
