Summary

Love should be everything or not at all.

At least that's what I used to think.

I'm 17 now, and back in Malibu. Mama's drying out back East, and here I am living with my father and his new wife, Tiffany Blume, Hollywood harlot. At least that's what Mama calls her. I keep my distance. I just have to bide my time until I turn 18 and go off to college. Away from them; away from Seth Drake.

Seth is living his dream. Studying acting in New York City, landing a recurring role in a hit series, and grabbing my heart one last time until it breaks.

He's got fame. Fortune will likely follow.

I hate him.

I love him.

Enjoying this series.

I didn't like Seth in this instalment so I'm looking forward to seeing how Neely makes him pay in the next book! Neely is such a lovely character and I really want her to become a force to be reckoned with as she matures. The narration is very good. I like how the characters are performed. I voluntarily reviewed a gifted copy.

Oh the drama

I have loved the great big splash of drama in this one as the main characters are dealing with the fall out of the last book. Seeing the push and shove between the 2 main characters is fascinating to watch and even with this I still find myself hoping they can make it in the end.

hurt people hurt

OMG - I can't get enough! this is book 2 in Andrea Smith's Evermore series and really to get the most from this you should really read / listen to book, although I guess this can be read as a stand alone but you will get so much more from it after reading book 1. Both Neely and Seth are hurting and it seems they are out to hurt eachother more and more becasue of it. A little more mature but not the wiser this book was full of heartbreak and yet and I can't help but have hope as it seems neither can get past their love - no matter how hard they may try... Well written and well narrated, captivating and heartbreaking. This read /listen will have you obsessed even more with not oly the main characters of Neely and Seth but also the secondary characters - mom's, dad's, friends and more play a part in lives and decisions. This book was given to me for free at my request and I provided this voluntary review.

Claimed

Claimed is part two of the four part Evermore Series. Each book needs to be read or listened to in order to get the whole story. The characters are likable and the story is interesting although I would prefer this was a duet instead of four short pieces. I'm looking forward to continuing with this series. This book was given to me for free at my request and I provided this voluntary review.

Book 2

I am loving this series. Still love the characters even though there is a lack of communication and I hope that gets remedied soon. Neely broke Seths heart in crushed now it’s seth’s time to break Neelys. They both do some pretty questionable stuff in this book now I have to get the next book. A little bit bigger cliffhanger here still not too bad. Narration is great! I recommend this series but you need to read it in order. 🎧Audiobook Obsession

Moving on?

Claimed book two in the Evermore series takes up where one leaves off. Neely Evans trying to get her footing not only in her surroundings, but in deceit, family drama, peer pressure the struggle of life’s changes in her teenage years and trying to figure out Seth Drake who at one time was a constant in her life. Rachelle did a wonderful job narrating this story and it’s characters. Reviewed for a fair and honest opinion.

Good Listen

Neely is trying to live her life without Seth but he always pops back up. She has given herself to him but he is undeserving. Now she is in college and thinks that she is finished with him but keeps getting pushed back to him. 🎧 Audiobook Obsession

Claimed

Claimed is an excellent continuation of the first book. Andrea Smith has written a beautiful first love story. The emotions involved are genuine, intense, and natural. I adore, Neely and Seth, they're fabulous characters. I love how the series is progressing, both MCs are older, and their relationship is blossoming with their maturity. I can't help but remember myself at their age. Rachelle Williams's performance is excellent; she literally brings the characters to life. I was given a free copy of this audiobook at my request and have voluntarily left this unbiased review.

good story

Good story and I enjoy listening but so sad both books seems to end a little abruptly. But I guess it is a good way to get you on to the next book the series. 😁

Great continuation to the series!

Neely and Seth's story continues with Claimed, and starts right where Crush left off. I'm really enjoying this series, and I want nothing more than to see this couple having their HEA, but is their love strong enough to make it through? I'm telling you, this is an amazing series, and I can't wait for my next audiobook. A great and enjoyable performance!!

Oh. my broken heart!

After a summer with her grandparents and mother in Tennesse, Neely is set to go back to school in California. It's about time! Her mother has been spiraling downward and continues to berate her daughter, but she has agreed to get help in a rehab center.  Now Neely's back in California, living with her father and self-centered stepmother as they celebrate Christmas. t's been quite some time since Neely has seen or talked to Seth, but it was her choice to go back to Tennesee without a word. Her insecurities got the better of her and so did Seth's mother when she warned her not to get too close to her son. Neely left him a letter, but she also left her promise ring behind. When they reconnect, they are so different in many ways, but still the same in others. I listened with apprehension as she met his friends at a New Year's party he arranged and it broke my heart. This is an angst-filled story that gives you hope but takes it away just as quickly. But I still hold out hope for Neely and Seth.  The narration is wonderfully done by Rachelle Williams. I can hear the distinct personalities of the characters and the angst is evident.

Great Story!!

Enjoyed listening to this second book in the Evermore Series. We have the continuing saga of Neely’s difficult life in dealing with her evil alcoholic psycho mother and her heartbreak over the love of her life, Seth. As you listen along, you’ll learn a lot of revelations of things that were hidden from Neely by her mother that I’m sure contributed to the current problems between Seth and Neely. Rachell Williams, the narrator, does an awesome job bringing the characters to life. She is a joy to listen to. I’m anxious to listen to the next book in the series as soon as possible! I voluntarily reviewed this after receiving a free copy.

Great coming of age story

This story picks right up where Crushed left off and keeps you waiting for more. Neely is back in Malibu and runs into Seth over the holidays. After one incredible night, she thinks things are back to normal between them until she meets Seth’s mean-girl girlfriend. Although Neely wants nothing to do with Seth, fate keeps bringing them back together. This is a great coming of age book filled with lots of teenage angst. Be sure to read Crushed first. You don’t want to miss a minute of this story.

Evermore...evermore.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I'm new to the author, the narrator but glad I took a chance. I just finished book 2 with lots of drama and a good storyline. I like the progression and development of the characters so far. Looking forward to the next book. Well done and different. Not my usual selection but this is an interesting and good series. The first book was like an introduction to the characters and there is a great flow to the series. I like Neely. She's smart and naive with layers of honesty, sweetness and heartbreak. And over time she's refreshing as you see her grow into herself. Live and Learn...Iove the time period too.

Second Installment

The second installment of the series picks up with Neely in her last year or HS and Seth perusing his acting career. They still have a complicated relationship with many unresolved issues. Both the step- mom and mother continue to cause problems and are an external conflict to the story line. Neely and Seth take a major step in their relationship that doesn't turn out the way I wanted it to but it again adds to the conflict. The narrator is was very and the story line keeps me engaged but I wish they were longer! #Audio Obsession Review
