About this listen

Settle in with your favorite cup of cocoa and a warm blanket for this swoony holiday romance that includes a peppermint festival and characters that are sure to warm your heart this Christmas.

Deals require negotiations, but for Cole Stevens, this could be the riskiest deal of his lifetime. Holland Jenkins has been disappointed so often that she questions her purpose and her talent as an artist. The cabins she helps lease for her family is the one constant in her life.

Birch Falls' small-town peppermint festival is quickly approaching. As Holland is preparing ornaments for her booth, she's in search of inspiration, even if she won't admit it.

Cole has a deal to close, and after a little unexpected change in route, he decides to rent a cabin at Mistletoe Ridge. Cole finds himself falling for the charming small town, and also falling for Holland, which wasn't part of the plan.

Holland doesn't know about her grandparents' plans to sell Mistletoe Ridge, and although they think they are doing it for the right reasons, keeping it a secret has all involved reconsidering.

Perhaps, a dash of ginger, a sprinkle of sugar, and a little magic can make their Christmas wishes come true.

Includes a recipe for Chicken Parmesan.

Please note that this book has had very minimal changes since release in audio that you may notice if you follow along with a visual copy.

This is a story about a Christmas romance.
Very cheesy- very Christmasy.
The performance was fine but a bit off, according to one reader “like it was recorded and n s bathroom”, and I agree.

Cheesy Christmas-

Christmas at Mistletoe Ridge is a cute, heart-warming Christmas story. I like that it includes glimpses into more than one couple's developing relationship. Last Christmas, I spent hours making hand-painted ornaments and immediately broke two of them, so I was drawn into the story right away with the connection to Holland.

Joanne Wilson was a new narrator for me. She did an excellent job with the voices and the energy of the story. I would have liked a better sound quality for the recording.

Sweet Christmas Story

This is a cute Christmas story. It’s a straight forward story a about what can happen when you keep secrets even when we think it’s for the best. New author and narrator and enjoyed both and will look for more by both.

Love an HEA for Christmas, this audiobook will be a gift.

This audiobook was provided at my request and this is my honest opinion.

Cute Christmas story

story was badly written, jumping within seconds from one thing to another, meaning the story didn't always make sense. the reader was rather wooden, especially when doing male voices and sounds like it's been recorded in a tin can. the recording is concerningly poor quality. the story was reasonably good and I did listen to the whole thing, but the stilted speech and poor quality made this a painful listen. I'm just thankful it wasn't longer.

Christmasy but poor quality sound and acting

Sounded like the narrator was reading from a bathroom and they kept adding pauses in the wrong places so the story just didn't flow.
