What a good short story writer Val McDermid is. Very satisfying well rounded stories. I’m not a massive fan of her books so I was surprised. Very well narrated.

Varied collection of great short stories from the excellent Val McDermid. Shame about the section with Keeble, but the other narrators were fabulous

don't care for Jonathan Keeble

The titles were not as gripping as usual. The narrator's performance in some titles were flat and hard to understand. I feel I have wasted a credit on this book. It may be more enjoyable to read as not all the narrators are natural and interesting to hear. Performance spoilt it for me.
