Summary

Do you think your mother wanted the best for you? What is it like having a narcissistic mother? Have you thought that maybe you could be a narcissist?

The truth is that every individual on earth has some form of narcissism in them. Yes, that means you, too. Narcissistic personality disorder is hard to escape from because most narcissists don’t realize they have a problem. However, did you know that most narcissists aren’t born one but have a family history of narcissism which can turn a child into one?

Most families are dysfunctional, in the sense that everyone is all over the place. There are different views, morals, judgments, and characters, but at the end of the day, the family is there for you. However, that’s not the case in a narcissist’s home. Whether there is one or three of them in the family, it is always going to be dysfunctional when a narcissist is involved.

So, how do you stop the pattern? How do you escape a narcissistic abuse? How do you break free and finally enjoy the person you want to be? This book has three parts laid out for easy listening as well as a defined layout so that you can come back to the chapter at any time. It was also designed with the thought of childhood narcissistic abuse in mind and offered many ways for you to learn, grow, and recover from the narcissistic wrath you might have experienced.

In this audiobook, you will find the answers to these questions:

  • How do narcissistic mothers and parenting set the scale for future narcissists?
  • What are the internal workings of a narcissist?
  • What makes a narcissist tick?
  • Why does a narcissistic mother act the way she does?
  • What does the son of a narcissistic mother turn out to be?
  • What does the daughter of a narcissistic mother turn out to be?
  • How to break the cycle of narcissistic parenting and abuse?
  • What are the differences in the dark personalities of the dark triad?
  • How separation can be solved and how you can escape in the best possible way?

It’s time to break the cycle of narcissistic abuse by becoming aware of the hold and power they robbed you of. You owe it to yourself and your future to experience the best life possible. Find out how to overcome and let go of the grief of your trauma. Scroll to the top of the page and select the buy now button.

Not the best

First I need to say that I did not like narrator at all. So I might be BIAS because it had been harder to take on all the information by listening yo her. She doesn't sound as professional as most narrators and I had listen at least 40 books on Audible.
Second of all - what's up with this "Bonus staff" if you don't have enough material for one book why it's should be compensated by bonus staff. Plus bonus staff is about same thing - so it's like giving same information in different words juat to have enough volume for a book. NOT GREAT.

Done a great service for all of the daughters

You have done a great service for all of the daughters and some sons, out there that have questioned and beaten themselves
up for not being enough to their mothers. You have made it very clear how elusive and dangerous the relationship between the
narcissist and her daughter can be.

If your mother has narcissistic personality

This is the best book for realizing if your mother has narcissistic personality disorder. This book really opened my eyes to things and I was finally able to forgive my mother for the way she treated me all my life. Highly recommend. I even bought the book for each of my sisters.

You don't need anyone, but yourself & this book

I haven't read a book on this topic that's been written by someone who not only understands, but has experienced exactly what we've been through. If you want help or to help yourself, please read this book. You don't need to feel the way you do about yourself or life in a negative or self-deprecating way anymore.

I finally know why I feel so unworthy

For so long I never understood why I felt like I wasn't good enough. Barely minutes after picking up this book after yet another Thanksgiving/Christmas ruined by my mother, I do. I skimmed it in and I'm listening it again in detail and it's changing my life.

Excellent to listen

This book transformed me, in that it enabled me to at last observe the concealed examples of my narcissistic mother and the harm they caused. It additionally took me by the hand and demonstrated to me a way out of the individual damnation that such a relationship makes. I have been progressively present, liberal and gainful from that point onward. I prescribed this book to a companion in comparable straights, and it transformed himself also. Much obliged to you for composing it; the result is invaluable!

Excellent!!!!!

I have been searching for answers in so many different places. Numerous life coaches, you tube, blogs, even googling incidents that happened to me to find out if someone else experienced the same things I did. Once I found out my mother is a narcissist, I couldn't get past the "why." Why did this happen to me? Why did my mother not love me? Why was I unwanted? I found this book and it perfectly explained why. This is a great start if you just found out about narcissistic mothers and want to understand your chaotic childhood. This book finally allowed me to heal, let go, and forgive! I'm finally free of my mother's projection. I am lovable, and my love is precious. She is not entitled to me or my love no longer! If you are reading this, I hope this book brings you some sort of peace and liberation.
