Life-changing!

"What made the experience of tuning in to Adult Children of Emotionally Immature Parents the most pleasant?
This book totally upset my life. These ideas of sincerely juvenile individuals versus sincerely develop individuals, and internalizes versus externalizers, and so forth., clarify so particularly about my reality and the relational peculiarity I've encountered. It assisted with clearing up the vast majority of the disarray I had in regards to my determined guardians, and responded to questions I didn't have the foggiest idea how to explain."

Good read

A complete and easy-to-follow guide for all parents on the impact of emotional neglect on our children. I have listened to the book 3 times and I think it is one of the best books on the subject. It is a complete book, in addition to the theory (essential to know) there are many sections in which the author guides you to put into practice what you have learned.

A must for every parent

Very useful book. In particular, the chapter dedicated to helping your child to identify and express their needs and feelings was very helpful to me. We parents often make the mistake of treating our little children as adults by forgetting that children have other ways of expressing themselves and therefore we need an appropriate approach. I will listen to it again and I plan to buy Susan Garcia's other book "Anger Management for parents". You can see that the author in addition to being a professional in the sector is also a parent. Recommended!
