Very Disappointing

I listened to about 60% of this book and realized the author has little new or interesting to say. Most of what is in the book has been said before many times over.

Strangely Uninteresting

Have to agree with Lynn's review. I listened to the entire book and there is nothing new here. In fact, some of it is a bit insulting, like build relationships with your customer... "we tell jokes to our customers"...how trite!
