Wayne Dyer is a saviour and this book is perfect.

On day till 50
As I finished this book I am one day from turning 50. The next chapter of my live will be dedicated more to understanding the teachings of lao tzu. Dr Wayne Dyer has interpretative his teaching really well and I would recommend if you want to make changes in your life this is a great place to start.

A brilliant way of living your life
I was expecting much to be honest.... I'm not that into the abstract non physical ways of improving your health and would be quite sceptical but I was so surprisingly taken in by the teachings in this audio.... Although much of the verses seems contradictory in content Wayne apply teases them out for our modern day world with one of the best narrator voices I've heard.... I'll listen to this often to remind myself how to live my life in line with the Tao and be happy!! 😀

A Desert Island Disc Book

Honest, well written and read
Honest, well written and read account of the Tao
Without the BS associated with other writers, I have decided I will study the Tao - but in light of other philosophies developed in the last 2.5k years and some older.
I wont follow it wholesale - but I will recommend this book and I will be reading it again I it has changed my life.

amazing audible. it changed my outlook
really good audible, makes you think and appreciate life. i applied some of the principles and I started seeing a change and I am my second listen to apply a bit more. i would recommend buying!
