Profoundly impact full, Everyone needs this.

Truly this is a manual for your brain. It is wonderful to know that we are not slaves to our brains but can change them, and consequently our lives, for the better. I can’t think of a single person who would not need this audiobook, because everyone deals with the same issues in life...stress, toxic people, etc. I have already begun applying the solutions and am seeing immediate results.

Retrained My Brain!

This audiobook is FANTASTIC! I have always struggled with mild depression and anxiety. I was on a small dose of medication for about 4 years and decided to wean off of it when my wife and I started trying to conceive. This audiobook really helped me to see that while medication definitely helped to lay a foundation for a healthy emotional state.
