Summary

253 steps to becoming an anti-it girl.

Funny woman, Instagram star and international comedy sensation Celeste Barber's Challenge Accepted! is a raucous, hilarious and outspoken guide to life, unwanted gas and how to rock a sexy scar.

Part memoir, part comedy routine, part advice manual, Challenge Accepted! is Celeste at her best, revealing her secrets to love, friendship, family and marriage (oh hai, #hothusband) and how to deal with life's many challenges: why she checks the bath for sharks, how Nutella quite literally shaped who she is as a woman and why being famous on Instagram is like being rich in Monopoly. It's real, like totally, really real.

So so Good!

I live Celestes humour anyway but this book has so much of her humour in it even when it’s talking about serious things that have happened to her. Loved it! Also had no idea she had ADHD and that just really helped me relate more as I have ADHD too ❤️

Amazing, funny, brilliant, am now a HUGE fan

I love her in her instagram posts and her acting so thought I would give this a go. I am so pleased I did. It is the best book I have ever bought on Audible. I absolutely loved her voice too which I am surprised about as I am not a great fan of the Australian accent but I could listen to her forever. I really wish she had narrated other books, but maybe it was also because the book was so good. Buy it you will jot regret it ❤️

funny!

I was a bit sceptical about an autobiography but it is really funny, it's empowering, joyful and serious all at the same time. Celeste reads it really well, and you get a lovely insight into her life. My only criticism was that it seemed to round off quite quickly, but still really enjoyed it. I would recommend if you're looking for something that makes you laugh, even my fiance wanted to keep listening when it was on in the car.

THATS IT??

I wished it was longer. Loved it! Celeste was raw, funny clever and honest. She talks about her life, hot husband and probably too much about surf. Yes we know who Ellen is without the lastname.

Was fun and light mostly. Some dark chapters

The book is mostly light and fun. Celeste is funny and she tells a few stories about her upbringing that are hilarious. Her dad being a lovable character throughout.

It’s an enjoyable book if you are a fan, but there won’t be much content you don’t know about if you have followed Celeste’s career.

Some parts were unexpected as they lightly go into Celeste’s “ me too” and “ mean girls” incidents in her life, which of course were hard to listen to, because they are sad. They were also kind of predictable ( again, sadly. She’s a woman in show business).

Overall a good light read. Please read more reviews as this is only my opinion.
