Really informative and easy to understand

The narator has a good voice (it's male) but not robotic or stilted like some of the books I've listened to of late. It was full of knowladge and information and I feel I've learned a lot. I already knew a lot about chakras so I'm not exactly a beginner but it was still worth a read/listen. I would definitely recommend it.
