About this listen
Pebble Cove is known for giving tourists the cold shoulder, but a frozen body is something new.
The people of Pebble Cove are thrown into a forced hibernation when the worst snowstorm in a decade hits the Oregon Coast. They expect to find damages once the snow thaws, but a frozen body down by the pier comes as a terrible surprise.
Rosemary is keeping warm with an abundance of chai tea, wooly sweaters, and further research into Asher’s past. But when a second body is found, she can’t deny the chilling thoughts that the two deaths might be connected. Or that this might not be the end.

When a man's body is found frozen to death under the bridge nobody is surprised, until another body is discovered. How many people need to die before the killer becomes a serial killer? Rosemary hopes to never find out. She is in the unique position of being able to talk to the town's ghosts and she thinks by using them she might just be able to protect the town's men from another poisoning and her own business. The food weather isn't the only thing keeping very body indoors. Rosemary just needs to work out how the killer picks his victims. Because her mother's new boyfriend, the police chief has very similar traits.
I really like the narrator. She does such a wonder job of giving each and every character a unique voice that it brings the story to life.
