This book is on the recommended reading list for my Clinical Solution Focused Hypnotherapy Diploma (CPHT) & I can understand why.
Andy explains the intricate workings of the brain & mind so simply & gives plenty of examples so the listener really understands each topic in detail. Everyone needs to read this book, student or not!
