Summary

Henry and Alice find themselves trapped in a deadly time loop in this latest installment of The Time Bubble series.

When Henry Jones woke up on holiday in Fuerteventura, he didn’t expect to get burnt, drowned, or shot. Nor did he expect to be eaten by a mythical sea monster.

Making friends with Alice, the girl in the next apartment, the two of them try to piece together their patchy memories to establish how they ended up on the island.

Why have they been thrown back decades in time to their younger bodies?

Why is every day the same, yet different?

And why are they the only two people who can see what is going on?

This story is the 12th part of an epic series exploring the time travel genre in original and innovative ways. The novels follow the main characters from youth to middle age as they jump forward, backward, and sideways into alternate worlds.

Excellent addition to the series

Yet another cracking entry in the time bubble series and it genuinely intrigued me from the get go

Another Good Story

I am loving the Time Bubble series of books. The stories are consistently good and the narration in the mid to later books consistent and entertaining.

This story I felt did go on a bit. Once it had established what was going on it could have had either other side events or have been brought to a a conclusion more quickly. I feel the ending was a little rushed but i did appreciate the epilogue.

As always though the characters were well defined and consistent with the story arc and I found the book entertaining and once again finished it quickly.

Another cracking story.

This is the second book I've listened to in this series with the same brilliant narrator.

Very easy to listen to and again, an extremely entertaining romp through time.

Loved it

I've read all the books in the series and this is my favourite so far. Can't say too much without giving it away but it's a bit different to the others while still involving the main characters which I prefer. Listened far too quickly and now I'm missing it! Narrator was perfect too
