You won't be disappointed!

Reading this book brings to light: how the Old Covenant foreshadowed the New Covenant; how everything in the Old Testament was meant to prepare God's people for the coming of Jesus and His proclamation of the New Kingdom on earth; how the Catholic Church is the church established by Jesus to administer His earthly Kingdom through the Mass and the Sacraments. You won't be disappointed!

I'm only a quarter of the way through it!!

This book is amazing so far and I'm only a quarter of the way through it!! One of the things that I love most....is it's simplicity and I'm "getting it".....it's making sense! The second thing I love about the book, and the author (and her facebook/website) is her love of scripture and gift for teaching it....you 'feel' it.

In college I briefly attended Protestant services.

I am in the middle of this book and can't put it down. As a cradle Catholic who for years have studied the Old and New testaments of the Bible...I am astonished at the clear thinking of this author.. In college I briefly attended Protestant services but could not identify what it was I felt was lacking.

This book is recommended for me.

I am still listening to the book, but so far so good! I love the explanations and the little facts and footnotes that are included. I am interested in Catholicism and have been doing research off and on for the past year. This is a good addition to the books I'm searching for research.

I enjoyed this book.

I enjoyed this book. It explains many things I did not fully understand about Catholicism as a Methodist. I found it to be logical, sincere and well expressed. We have more in common than I previously thought. Thank you for this book

A simple and easy-to-understand.

I think it's a simple and easy-to-understand introduction to the Catholic faith. This book doesn't have much depth to it, but that's not really the aim of it. It's designed to explain basic Catholic doctrines from ground zero, explain in simple terms why these doctrines are professed, and clear up common Catholic misconceptions.

This is a pleasant, easy to listen.

This is a pleasant, easy to listen , overall, basic explanation of the Catholic faith. It would be a good book for Catholics, non-Catholic Christians, people of other world religions or even agnostics and atheists.

Pretty awesome!

It would be a good book for someone looking at deepening their faith, or wanting to defend it to those that may not understand why Catholicism is pretty awesome and that God is Amazing!

This would be a good book!

This is a good book deeply in the vein of apologetics (defense of the Faith). This would be a good book to listen for Catholics or lapsed Catholics. It plainly explains some complex parts of the faith, but glances over others.
