Loved it

Excellent to get one started. There were plenty of good recipes that didn't include plant products. I really enjoyed all the information about the Carnivore way of life. I would recommend this audio book to all for a Carnivore diet.

I was really astounded by perceiving what number of imperative recommendations accumulated in such a short book. Creator completed a phenomenal activity. I'll most likely prescribe this book to my loved ones. I really appreciate this book.

One of the best audible!

I am really impressed with this Carnivore Diet audio book. This audible is what I have been looking for. Not only delicious but also effective. Highly recommended.

The Best Carnivore Audiobook

I bought another carnivore diet audiobook and was hugely disappointed by the quality of the
information, so was unsure about selecting another one. I’m relieved to say that this one was an
excellent guide and it’s obvious that Stephen Baker really knows what he’s talking about. It’s deeply
researched from a medical point of view and very practical in terms of how to go about using the
diet.

Incredible audio book

A great introduction to the Carnivore Diet. This is really an awesome audio book for someone who Interested in trying the Carnivore diet. It has great suggestion, great recipes. It lays out exactly what you need. Recommend this book for a Carnivore diet.

Perfect narration

I’ve been carnivore for four years and can tell you that it has transformed my health. My severe
allergies have gone, my gut has healed and I’m lighter now (at 46) than I was at 25. Don’t be fooled
by mainstream dogma that vegetables are essential for your health. They contain oxalates and anti-
nutrients that harm your system over time. I believe that carnivore is the way humans were evolved
to eat. I’m never going back to a so-called ‘balanced diet’ that caused me nothing but trouble. As a
dedicated carnivore, I can tell you that becky book is the only one you need.

Informative and engaging

I wasn’t really sure if this diet was for me, seems a bit radical! This audiobook does a great job of
outlining why carnivore eating can improve health and energy. It also gets down into the nuts and
bolts of exactly how to implement the diet. It’s all very professionally done and I like the narrator’s
voice. I’m going to give it a go for thirty days, as the book suggests, and hopefully will have good
results to report.

I love the tone

I love the tone, the hope the information brings, and the clarity of trying new things. I continue to surprise myself in success, and it makes me so happy! Read this book, you won't regret it!

Very informative

Provided simple explanation on the exact difference between keto, paleo and carnivore diet. I thought they were all the same which is low carb diet. Very help and highly recommended.
