Lots of forms to utilize

Lots of forms to utilize, maybe too many as we could copy them rather than use them in the book, especially if more than one family member is using them. Good options, well put together, easy to determine how to make a meal a high carb or low carb option.

Beauty

It's so nice to know that I need not forego my favorite foods just to go on a diet. Moreover, it appears that dieting only serves to make one fatter, as mentioned by the narrator. Apparently, we need to understand our body type in order to accord the right calorie intake in terms of carbohydrates we consume per day. Guess I finally understand why the diets I've tried in the past failed to work for me or made me gain more weight after some time. My weight was always fluctuating like a yo-yo which was really bad for my health, and I was often prone to getting colds. I'm really glad that I've managed to find this book. From now on, I can practice eating in a healthy manner, instead of sticking to some fad diet which may not work!

This is an amazing audiobook.

This is an amazing audiobook. I liked how the narrator spelled out everything you need to do! I’ve gone through several other books on carbs, but this one really tells it all. The meal plans are great and something I can stick with. This is differently a must read!

Awesome

I really believe this is a great health and diet breakthrough in the sea of worthless diet programs. The best part about Mark's book is that he gives you a real life outline on the diet how to , but also the do's and don'ts and a realistic outline of the challenges you will face in the mental and psychological side of succeeding in a diet.

I appreciate the author

Mark educates and more importantly delivers a "take-action" approach. Literally showing you a sample plan that will lead you to your health goals. Having the recipes include calories, serving size and nutrient counts is invaluable. More often than not we "think" what we are eating is healthy but find out otherwise after the fact. For me, I appreciate the fact the author lays the ground rules loud and clear for habit change. In black and white she lists the foods that will help you lose fat and ones you should steer clear from. Reminding you time and again it's not about one specific derailment in your healthy eating plan that will sink you. So long as you're willing to forgive yourself, get back up, dust yourself off and get back to the carb cycling plan, you will succeed in time. By incorporating sensible exercise and this specialty eating plan you have just been delivered the tools to positively make change in your life if you choose.

The narrator has a clearl voice

Carb Cycling For Athletes: How To Cycle Carbohydrates for Maximum Performance is a weight loss and nutrition guide I really enjoyed hearing. It just makes sense. The narrator clearly states their intention is to provide sensible information to help you lose weight and better your health, nothing more or less. I believe this introductory book is loaded with a wealth of information to help you reach your weight loss goals and stay there. Often with dieting it's the maintaining that's the issue.

I liked the information

Carb Cycling is a term I have not heard before; I thought it might be a recommended diet for cyclists, honestly. I was happily surprised to discover it was not about that at all - although it is about diet and eating. It was a great book for me to gain understanding about proper eating during exercise - with balance! As with any 'diet' one has to adapt the information to fit personal requirements. I liked the information and discussion about the low-carb days vs the high-carb days, planning, and recipes to get started.

This is a very interesting book.

This is a very interesting book. After going through it, I am ready to give Mark and myself 30 days to try this. It looks fairly simple and straightforward. The recipes look tasty. I like that I don't have to change my lifestyle to make it work. I like that I can incorporate this diet into our family lifestyle.
