Summary

Jenna McNally is tending to the heartrending task of clearing out her grandfather's cabin when she's knocked off her feet by the impact of a nearby plane crash. She races into the snowy North Carolina woods to help and discovers that this is no plane that's crashed.

Ra'kur's people have been brought to the brink of extinction by war. After years spent searching for a compatible mate to bond with, an enemy attack lands him on a backward, primitive planet and right to the very female he has been seeking. Might have been decent with a better narrator.

Any additional comments?

The narrator for this was so weak and whiny i had trouble getting into the story and characters. I think the story itself was a bit too claustrophobic taking place in an isolated location with few characters and I would have liked my hero to be more of an alpha male.

Fantastic!

What did you like most about Captured?

How the narrators made the characters come alive

Who was your favorite character and why?

Loved both the main characters

What does Kathryn LaPlante and Adam McLaughlin bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you had only read the book?

I loved Adam's voice from the start but am not usually happy with female narrators however Kathryn was fantastic and will certainly look for more books narrated by this duo. They made the characters seem real and I felt as if I was actually on Hir
