honest and relatable

excellent - Fearne is honest and motivating. I related to a lot of what she spoke about and knowing that someone else does/thinks the same things is very reassuring. especially when she gives you the mental tools to deal with our moments of non-calm. thank you Fearne!

Calm book, calmly read

Loved my first audible book! Listened on the way too and from work every day, and Fearne's voice was just perfect. Related to a lot of the things she talked about and on the back of this, I have bought the hardcopy. My only niggle is that all the interviews and activities require the 'accompanying PDF' which wouldn't have been half as bad if some of the content wasn't also missing... (Amazon are currently looking into this for me)

Life changing - Incredible book!

Completely changed my outlook on life, as a very scatty person myself who loves to be organised and worries about everything! This helped me to keep calm in everyday situations and focus on calm during a traumatic time. Thank you Ferne!

Frustrated trying to locate PDF's! argh!

Where do we download the PDF's? So many references in all of Fearne's books to helpful PDF's which obviously aren't in Audible. Wondering if they can be downloaded?

A real "Be Kind to Yourself" read

I really enjoyed spending 5 hours over my Easter holiday reflecting on this lovely book on "Calm" by Fearne Cotton. The 12 things I learnt deeper were 1) Choose who you are living for 2) Be easy on yourself 3) Finding small Calm pulse checks throughout your day 4) The importance of prayer and meditation 5) Self Care 6)Live and thrive with the blessings you have 7)What is my view of success? 8) Be me with my Wham top on?!?! 9) Follow the nudges 10) Where can calm set up shop? 11)Where are my calm spaces? 12) Watch what I take in especially before bed

Wow! Hit the spot!

As a 42 year old wife, mother of two and health professional this book absolutely resonated with me! I am grateful beyond words and have found this last 36 hrs where I haven not been able to stop listening invaluable.
