Calm has been brilliant for my anxiety

I’ve found Calm to be very helpful in coping with my anxieties. It’s helped me with perspective and taught me great ways to keep calm. Thank you Fearne 😊👍🏻

Another fab book, but would have liked to less reliance on the accompanying pdf

As the owner of ‘Happy’ and the ‘Happy journal’ (both hard copies), I was delighted to engross myself in another of Fearne’s books, and it definitely didn’t disappoint.
I just would have liked more of content to be available to listen to, rather than having to refer to the ‘accompanying pdf’. It’s understandable that some of the exercises needed to be in paper form, along with the beautiful illustrations. However, I would have liked to have been able to listen to all the interviews and anything else which could have been suitable via audio. That said, thoroughly enjoyed this book and look forward to the next!

Frustrating

I don’t understand why everything was ‘in the accompanying pdf’. If people are buying an audiobook surely it should have all been on audio. I found this very frustrating as I listen whilst I drive so couldn’t exactly refer back to the pdf at the time. It felt like a bit of a cop out.

Hmmm

I love the concept and her voice but if you listen to this in the go it’s just a long winded index of a book, I didn’t have access to the pdf file and so felt cheated, it’s a 5hr long index :(

Waste of money

The Pdf exercises aren’t available with an audio book. But you don’t find this out until you’ve bought the book. This is like trying to listen to a book with half the pages missing.

Calm book, calmly read

Loved my first audible book! Listened on the way too and from work every day, and Fearne's voice was just perfect. Related to a lot of the things she talked about and on the back of this, I have bought the hardcopy. My only niggle is that all the interviews and activities require the 'accompanying PDF' which wouldn't have been half as bad if some of the content wasn't also missing... (Amazon are currently looking into this for me)

A real "Be Kind to Yourself" read

I really enjoyed spending 5 hours over my Easter holiday reflecting on this lovely book on "Calm" by Fearne Cotton. The 12 things I learnt deeper were 1) Choose who you are living for 2) Be easy on yourself 3) Finding small Calm pulse checks throughout your day 4) The importance of prayer and meditation 5) Self Care 6)Live and thrive with the blessings you have 7)What is my view of success? 8) Be me with my Wham top on?!?! 9) Follow the nudges 10) Where can calm set up shop? 11)Where are my calm spaces? 12) Watch what I take in especially before bed

Brilliant book! Loved it ❤️

This is the first of Fearne's books I have listened to and I loved it. As someone with a tendency to worry/struggle with anxiety I found the book down to earth, personable and full of great advice and examples. Also very well read. Will definitely be giving her other books a listen. Thank you Fearne 😊

Another awesome book by Fearne x

Thoroughly enjoyed this maybe a little more than Happy. Fearne hits the spot and puts everything into perspective. It's really made me look at my life. I'm currently on a social media break thanks to this book, and filling my life with other wonderful things outside of my phone world xxxx
