I loved the whole premise of it and the tales it told. It's one of those books where you so enjoy the company of the characters that you feel a bit bereft when you get to the end. The narration of this German audio version was also excellent and a pleasure to listen to. I will be looking out for future books by this author.

Thoroughly enjoyed this book.
