Very broad, mostly shallow monotonic narrator

Feels like a compilation of Wikipedia summaries put together and read by Microsoft Sam. It does give a good informative review of what is the basic aspects of each subject but not more than that

I'm surprised! I recommend to everyone.

You buy it, and you get it all in one! Finally, I find the right one, all rolled into one bundle, even with the vagus nerve, something great I had never heard before and a great audiobook about HSP people, which is new to me, great great price for what you get, I was surprised.

serious and professional instructional book bundle

I premise that i received the book invitation link from a group of specialists in the field of cognitive therapy, that invite me to use audible by listening this Big audio project, and I really appreciate it!

I was not aware of this platform because I do not spend much time on the phone or pc and when I read I prefer paper books.

However... I am surprised by this service that also allows you to download the book you have listened to and keep it on a dedicated hard drive. So if you don't want to continue using audible... the book will not be lost or deleted, very happy about that! Also because such important books should be listened to several times for the value it has!

about this bundle i have to say that it is very well thorough.
it is a real course to begin to understand how these therapies interact with each other, and how they are designed and incorporated into the field of psychology,

over the years my life has led me to delve a lot into the topics of mindfulness, and I find it very interesting how some of these therapies work together in a very satisfying way with all this world.

I can say that I am satisfied with the discovery of this audio platform, even if I prefer paper books, but I must also say that having the possibility to listen to a type of content like this through headphones saves a lot of time during the day... I don't think I will use audible much but I was very pleased, and I recommend this project as it is complete, easy and well researched.

Perfect for my studies! complete and detailed

This audio fully meets my needs , I was looking for these 3 therapies on the web but it was becoming too much work, too many different sources!!!

This audio is a solid starting point due to the fact that it includes everything, and I mean everything you need to know!

The strong point of this project?
Well, I can say that ACT therapy is one of the best therapies that I have ever studied, I like the way it acts on the emotional and psychophysical sphere of people, it is not something invasive, and lets you understand yourself how you can understand and feel what is right for you, detaching you from your suffering and pain, allows you to observe yourself from another point of view.

I also have to say that the audio on highly sensitive people is something very very interesting to me, as empathy is something that if not managed can take you out of balance.

Needless to say, I can not explain all this in a review, having said that I recommend this book to those who want to learn more about what are the best therapies that can improve their mental health and that of others.

Good. this audio deepens well all 3 therapies

An interesting project, it allowed me to get a deeper insight into how these 3 therapies can work together, I've been involved in mindfulness for some time, I practice meditation almost every day but what I'm missing is understanding some technical aspects of how therapies like ACT work

Recommended

I am a student in the field of behavioral therapy and wanted to explore all of these therapies. I found them very useful, a good starting point to understand how they work and what sets them apart from each other. I find myself very comfortable studying with the audio books and I find it much easier to take notes, this is a very comprehensive bundle and I recommend it as it saved me a lot of time, without having to look for books that talked about the therapies in a way that was too complicated and disconnected from each other, I can really get everything I'm interested in just from this audio project, recommended

i say yes! a pleasant mix of interesting therapies

Exactly what I was looking for,

I started to inform myself and to get curious about the world of behavioral therapies, this project gave me a boost effect that allowed me not to waste time in random searches around the net,

I think authors have done a good job, designed just for people like me, who want to have a starting point, a reference point to start from, allowing a listener not to get confused,

My consideration regarding the book "Vagus Nerve", it was not a topic of my interest but ... now it has become!

A note about the book "highly sensitive empath": a great handbook for defending one's sensitivity, many people who are abused of their empathy accidentally believe they are the problem, you are not the problem! but... you must learn to put boundaries, and how to put the right boundaries between you and other people,
Moreover it is true that the environment in which we live must be organized in order to feed our mood in a positive way ,

so, this book talk about this and much more, I liked it very much

Best books ? the 2 about the ACT therapy
well... believe it is the therapy that interests me most because it takes into consideration the fact that you have to accept who you are, NOT fight it, a therapy that gives you the tools to become aware of who you are and what you want, allowing you to decide what the choices are best for you,

however I could never be able to explain everything I like in a review, if you want to study these therapies, I repeat, this project is a great starting point

I think for the cost of just 1 credit, this bundle was a great choice!

VERY GOOD! a complete and detailed bundle!

I was looking for something that would explain to me this type of therapies and how to use them combined together!
This is a true path to awareness.

I knew CBT but I was particularly fascinated by ACT therapy, I must say that in this BUNDLE i found this therapy in a deep and WELL EXPLAINED way

so... now I have a lot of material to study and to understand this incedible life changing ACT therapy, which interests me most of all. all the other books complement each other, each of them can be complementary to the others which is a very, very useful deal !!!

i really recommend this great bundle instead of spending money on single books !!
with this big bundle i have everything available without looking elsewhere.

a complete project, especially for the ACT THERAPY

a clear and well structured audio project.
all i have to say is that this is a good and detailed audio on these important therapies, i can say that i already listened a lot on these topics,

i am happy about this bundle because i finally found a product made to deepen many things that i was looking for! really!

some other author's book had expressed in a too simple way some important aspects about these therapies, but this kind of topics deserve more attention!! so at the end of the day some books was so much simplified that i had to do more research on my own


the strong point of this package is that it's not superficial. it explains well many detailed aspects that in many other books i've seen neglected, just to give that FALSE idea about change your life fast, change your mind right away, master your emotions in 7 days and blah blah blah...

guys these things must be studied in depth, there are many books that seem to give you everything right away,
but at the end of the day they are missing in many fundamental aspects of these therapies. .

this bundle has been a good deal. a complete project, especially for the ACT THERAPY that is deepened in a comprensive and professional way.

This book appears to be a good resource.

If you are struggling with anxiety, depression and other issues it is important to seek assistance. This book appears to be a good resource with simple strategies. Be sure to advise your professional if you are seeing someone, but this can be a good addition to your current treatment.

A complete and detailed audiobook

There are many aspects to know about behavioral therapies, what I wanted to understand is how all these 3 therapies were born from a single therapy, or CBT, I am part of a study group that promotes all therapies that can help people to manage anxiety fear and stress ... The study of emotions and our behavior is something that needs to be promoted more and more in our society, this audio has helped me to have a very detailed overview, I also found very interesting the single on highly sensitive people, which fits well in the context of how to manage their own emotionality, I can only recommend it

Very good to understand ACT therapy

I chose it mainly for ACT therapy, I'm studying mindfulness and I needed something more, this bundle delves very well into all the therapies, although I am particularly focused on ACT it must be said that it is not something that a person can decide to do and experience in 2 or 3 days, it takes study and practice, this audio is a good starting point for professionals and students who want to approach this world. satisfied
