As you go through the content it appears simple and you may feel as if you are wasting your time here . However at one point something may just click for you as it did for me. About half way through the books content I came to a profound realisation that I have never considered before.

Did not work for me.

I have Pseudoseizures and my Doctor had advised me to go with CBT.

Although this is detailed; it would be better if it was simple and just straight to the point. You forget what was said in the previous chapters which makes you get lost with what is being said at the point you are at.

fantastic book

this is my 1st ever book I've brought on this problem and wow I dont feel the need to buy any more , as normally with most stuff I need or want to learn about (self help mainly) I end up buying sometimes 4 books to end up noing everything I need to no but this book is great from start to finish and so easy to understand

Well organized audible
