I love the coziness in this series even though it’s dealing with serious issues like loss, dead, adoption etc. I cross my fingers there will be more audiobooks available from this series so I can continue following this amazing family’s journey ❤️

It was good to listen to stories about older women but JA Armstrong's series tells unrealistic and moralistic stories about privileged people living privileged lives. The big age gap is never fully addressed in these books. There's little mention of the problems getting older brings and no mention of memenopause at all, however that may change further on in the series which is not available on Audible.

This audiobook is a nice enough listen and Jill Smith's narration is excellent. The standard of writing and editing are high but the story is a bit dull, drawn out and in the later books repetitive, so it did not engage me deeply.
