Towards the end there’s a big twist that explains everything and had me reaching for a box of tissues. There’s a lot of abuse and trauma in this book and the author did a great job of making these delicate topics realistic for the readers. I love the fact that her characters were able to face their addictions and seek professional help for their trauma and showed that the healing process is a slow journey but that seeking help is the first step. 👏👏👏
