Pretty good

Some useful tips and ideas like the scorecard.

For large businesses it's great, but for sole traders far less so.

A few really good ideas came from it, but lots of lists make it hard to follow at times. Fine if you're working at a desk whilst listening, but not for in the car etc.

outstanding information, will be buying the book

jam packed full of systems and methods to apply to your book I quickly realised I wanted to write everything this down but in the end just listened through and decided I'd buy the book. honestly I'm not even going to buy the kindle version, I'm going to buy the paperback because I want the information on paper. before you buy the audio book or papepr book you can check on the Eos worldwide website for a bunch of free resources but they mostly won't have context without the book.

Wish someone had told me of this years ago!!!

Business will be a whole new ball game with this system at your disposal. Easy to adopt and implement and the results are so powerful. Your life will actually change for the better.

Solid material

Because it is a process driven system the material is dry
The reader is monotone and this doesn't enliven the content
The EOS is a commendable system and worth implementing

Great audiobook

Packed full of value! I have just ordered the paperback version too so I can go through everything again. I think this book is just what my company needs at the moment, after recently merging with another company, things are a bit all over the place and hopefully the tools etc in this book will pull us all together, and get everyone on the same page.

This is, without doubt, one of the best books I’ve read about business growth & advice.

Excellent case study based practical guide with fresh approach of the obvious made real

This is one of the best business books I’ve Audibled - and I’ve listened to some great ones.

It has precise clear practical and obvious (but essential and rarely executed) methods and tools to deliver rounded business success.

Some of the example businesses are tangential to my tech focus (with levity for the listener)- but this serves to show how translatable the message is.

Wishing you all the traction you envisage.

Waffle

What a load of waffle.

It really annoys me when the writer can’t be bothered to narrate their book on audible, so you get a very generic voice doing it all with no emotion behind it.

There is very little linking of theory to actual real life experiences throughout this book, which makes me believe that the writer doesn’t have much business experience behind them.

There are a few common sense business practices that the book spells out which may be useful to some readers. That’s why I give this three starts rather than one.

I started to give up while they were telling the story of ‘the two page business plan’ ( condensed down from 10 pages), as if ‘the two page business plan’ is a revolutionary, earth changing concept and all very interesting as well? It’s just waffle and it gets boring fast.

Clear to put into practice

I can see how with the time devoted I could apply most elements to a business.
