Summary

It's not a surprise that in 1924, Bruce Barton's book, The Man Nobody Knows, was repeatedly turned down by publishers. Comparing Jesus to a corporate businessman was just plain old sacrilege.

But in this day and age, Barton's comparison of Biblical teachings, personalities, and situations, offer great insights into the basic principles of developing a successful business, encouraging a team, and supporting clientele.

Jesus is "The Man" and Barton makes that clear

Would you listen to The Man Nobody Knows again? Why?

I would listen to this book a few times a year. Barton presents the Biblical stories of Jesus in a wonderful way. Presenting Jesus as a "real person" strong, intelligent, and insightful. There are insights to gain from this book for daily living, working with people, and how to handle oneself. Even if you are not a religious person there is great value to be gained from this book.

What about Dan Dunlap’s performance did you like?

Dan Dunlap is one of the best narrators I have heard on Audible and I have listened to well over one hundred of audio books. I would like to hear him on more books.
