informative but boring

the book is extensive, it covers most areas of communication but it's very dry, hard to read, and a little boring. To finish the book I had to take a break and read a completely different book.

Good information, but sleepy narrator

This is a book with good points to consider, but the narrator struggled to keep my attention.

Nice to listen and read

I like the way narrator reading the book. It will be much better for me if the tape cover all the sentences in each chapter. In all, I like it. Thanks for the work.
