Original Book Summary Overview

How to Fail at Almost Everything and Still Win Big is a humorous narration of the challenges the author encountered while navigating his way through the corporate world. He recounts how he grew from an incompetent worker in a phone company cubicle to the creator of one of the most successful comic strips. Adams draws rich productivity lessons from dozens of personal failures in his businesses and career. Through a depiction of his limited talents, Adams shows that success is not a product of exceptional skill or hard work but a balance of average skills, perseverance and luck.

Poor Reading Style Brings Down the Quality.

This may probably be an overall good book but I can't tell based on the person reading.

The style of the reader brings down any quality the book may have. They choose to pause at each phase not allowing the sentence structure and the ideas to flow together. They may think they are helpline the listener understand more but reading with poor phrasing just makes it more difficult to understand. It breaks the flow of your thoughts losing the ideas the writer intended. It makes the reading choppy and disconnected. So I have returned the book.
