What did you like most about No Thanks, I'm Just Looking?
This is a fascinating book, it gave me an insight into a hidden world. It made me aware of techniques people use to try to get me to buy stuff. It was narrated very well and was very enjoyable to listen to.
Any additional comments?
The narrator was very engaging, he read with enthusiasm. Some books of this genre are a bit heavy going - this one isn't.
If you could sum up No Thanks, I'm Just Looking in three words, what would they be?
Great naration and very poiniant. I loved it from the begining to the end. Story-teller style makes you want to keep listening. Great ideas and great entertainment value.

I had the feeling listening to this that I was being read a college textbook. Information was repeated over and over and over again~I kept waiting for the pop quiz and the final exam! There was some good information in this book, but a lot of it was really common sense things like don't stand around talking to your colleagues when there are customers in the store ---I mean HELLO!?! Who doesn't know that???

Would you say that listening to this book was time well-spent? Why or why not?
Content is mainly boiler plate sales techniques. But not useless. Narration is a robot voice. A very advanced, well honed robot voice. Yet still a robot. The syntax, coupled with annunciation, are often clearly being spit out by a program. If I'm wrong, my apologies to the narrator who speaks like a hyper articulate Stephen Hawkins impersonator.
Who would you have cast as narrator instead of Adam Henderson?

If you work in sale or retail then you need to be using these techniques. I've used these and immediately saw results.
Using the strategies in the book I've upsold many people from a few dollars to hundreds of dollars, not by trickery but by finding out their needs or desires.
The wisdom you'll hear is what separates the professionals from the 16 year old part timers who plays with their phones on the sales floor.
What did you love best about No Thanks, I'm Just Looking?
No matter what industry you are in, this book provides helpful ways to be extremely successful in sales. The author definitely knows what he is talking about! I've used some of the tips already and they work!

What disappointed you about No Thanks, I'm Just Looking?
It was a low level retail book, perhaps my teenagers would learn from it but I got nothing.
